Factory Seconds or Refurbished Meaning
1. What are refurbished products?
Refurbished products have been return to the suppliers because of a defective component or because products were returned for a refund. Returned products such as these are then fully repaired, reconfigured, and tested. They are in 100% working condition, and are then sold as refurbished product after their packaging has been fully checked. As these refurbished products have been unpacked and manipulated, they might however exhibit some minor cosmetic imperfection.
Refurbished products can include demonstration machines, units needing minor repairs and customer cancellations. These items have then been fully tested by the approved and carry a guarantee and support from 3 to 12 months on these products.
2. How can I buy refurbished or seconds products?
- As quantities are limited, we advise you select products thoroughly so you will not be disappointed on your return to no stock availability.
- Refurbished units are sold as they come, and as customers order. The first in orders get the first units.
3. What should I expect when I buy a refurbished product?
- A price discount of up to 60%.(Discount price compared to the original Recommend Retail Price of the exact same unit)
- A fully functional unit, with complete documentation.
- The assurance that the unit meets the quality levels, and that its defective components have been replaced by Genuine Components.
- The risk that your unit may present minor cosmetic imperfection, such as scratches, mark, discolouration, etc.
_ In case of returned refurbished unit, customers will receive all support to resolve the problem for the period of the warranty.
- Some minor problem that will not affect the use of the product that is within the manufacture’s specification i.e. cell defect or dead pixels.
